Privacy Policy
At Delqorix SpA, RUT 77.412.583-K, with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4775, Floor 12, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, we take the protection of your personal data seriously, in compliance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and any complementary regulations in force in the Republic of Chile.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is Delqorix SpA, a corporation incorporated in Chile in 2024, registered with the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero under Resolución Exenta N° 1,487 of 2024. Data Officer contact: privacidad@delqorix.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect identification data (name, RUT), contact data (email, phone), financial data declared at onboarding, browsing data (IP, device type, pages visited) and voluntary data submitted through forms.
3. Purposes
We process your data in order to: (a) manage your investor account; (b) comply with anti-money laundering regulations from the UAF; (c) send you commercial information and newsletter, only with explicit consent; (d) improve the platform; (e) comply with requirements of the CMF and Chilean authorities.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out with your consent, in compliance with legal obligations applicable in Chile and to perform the contractual relationship.
5. Processors and transfers
We share data with regional cloud hosting providers, email marketing tools, Chilean financial custodians and external auditors, all subject to confidentiality agreements. We do not carry out international transfers outside cloud providers protected by approved standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention period
We keep your data while your account remains active and, afterwards, during the legal retention periods (minimum 5 years due to CMF and UAF requirements).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the processing (ARCO rights), and to withdraw your consent. To exercise them, write to privacidad@delqorix.com attaching a copy of your identity card.
8. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption in all communications, multi-factor authentication on internal systems, and annual security audits certified to ISO 27001 standards.
9. Complaints
If you consider that your rights have not been addressed, you may file a complaint with the Servicio Nacional del Consumidor (SERNAC) or with the Chilean Courts of Justice.
